TITLE: ASSEMBLY / LABOURER WORKER

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assembly Worker / Labourer located in Penticton, BC. Shop hours are 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday. The Assembly Worker will be responsible for mechanical assembly of electrical equipment, using hand tools to assemble components, ensuring quality control of assembled products, and participating in manufacturing processes. Other labour type duties are required from time to time such as driving, grinding, drilling, sanding, cleaning, painting, rigging, forklift operation, crating. Training will be provided for specific tasks as needed.

The delivery of a final product in a timely fashion and on budget, is the responsibility of our project management team. Coordination with clients, sourcing materials, controlling resources, project planning & scheduling are typical responsibilities of the project manager/team.
IMGs administration team focuses of day-to-day business transactions, accounting, marketing & sales, and customer service.
