IMG Power Take Off Units

PTO-600 Panels are designed to control, protect and isolate portable, electrical equipment used in the harsh environments of underground mining and tunnelling operations. Typical PTO-600 application includes the use as a remote start/stop control to mobile equipment and/or to act as main supply disconnect with overcurrent protection and G/F monitoring.

Enclosed in non-corrosive, stainless-steel cabinets, PTO-600 ensures the protection of interior components and thus reliable operation in the field. These panels can be used as stand-alone units or as a complete distribution center. Both the Main Enclosure and the Splitter Enclosure are designed to be modular. These units do not require any drilling, tapping or cutting in order to be banked. The modular design also allows for easy interchange of panels should a fault occur and thus preventing machine and production downtime.

PTO-600 is CSA Certified and meets CSA Standard M421-00 Use of Electricity in Mines.

Heat Trace Panels provide temperature control, monitoring and power management. These panels are a cost-effective and convenient means to provide protection.

Units are housed in non-corrosive, stainless or p/o powder-coated steel enclosure NEMA rated as per customer requirements. They can be wall-mounted or stand-alone.
